Makes the audit module responsible for setting up the audit subsystem of
the kernel. The auditd module is now only responsible for setting up the
daemon.
Enable the audit subsystem early via kernelParams.
Increase the default audit backlog limit so that it works out of the box
for a normal system.
Remove a superfluous and pointless test case.
Containers did not have *systemd-journald-audit.socket* in *additionalUpstreamSystemUnits*, which meant that the unit was not provided.
However the *wantedBy* was added without any additional check, therefore creating an empty unit with just the *WantedBy* on *boot.isContainer* machines.
This caused `systemd-analyze verify` to fail:

The systemd-journal test has been failing on hydra since 2025-02-10.
See, for instance: https://hydra.nixos.org/build/290855155.
This commit enables auditing, as expected by the tests. It also
addresses an issue where audit messages were getting dropped due to
rate limits.
After final improvements to the official formatter implementation,
this commit now performs the first treewide reformat of Nix files using it.
This is part of the implementation of RFC 166.
Only "inactive" files are reformatted, meaning only files that
aren't being touched by any PR with activity in the past 2 months.
This is to avoid conflicts for PRs that might soon be merged.
Later we can do a full treewide reformat to get the rest,
which should not cause as many conflicts.
A CI check has already been running for some time to ensure that new and
already-formatted files are formatted, so the files being reformatted here
should also stay formatted.

Previously, after the version bump to v247, we broke journalctl --grep
as libpcre2 was lazily loaded during runtime using dlopen(3). This
ensures that we have a test case that alerts us when it fails again.
This test allows to ensure the systemd-journal-gatewayd service is
responding correcly when the NixOS option `enableHttpGateway` is set.
The test has not been added into the main systemd test because a
graphical stack is not required (and rebuilding the graphical stack on
systemd change is huge).
