pennae 2e751c0772 treewide: automatically md-convert option descriptions 
the conversion procedure is simple:

 - find all things that look like options, ie calls to either `mkOption`
   or `lib.mkOption` that take an attrset. remember the attrset as the
   option
 - for all options, find a `description` attribute who's value is not a
   call to `mdDoc` or `lib.mdDoc`
 - textually convert the entire value of the attribute to MD with a few
   simple regexes (the set from mdize-module.sh)
 - if the change produced a change in the manual output, discard
 - if the change kept the manual unchanged, add some text to the
   description to make sure we've actually found an option. if the
   manual changes this time, keep the converted description

this procedure converts 80% of nixos options to markdown. around 2000
options remain to be inspected, but most of those fail the "does not
change the manual output check": currently the MD conversion process
does not faithfully convert docbook tags like <code> and <package>, so
any option using such tags will not be converted at all.

Milo Gertjejansen b1dd02d212 Api didn't seem to work with the systemd envs 
I am not sure why it was working for me, but after restarting
phpfpm-tt-rss it quit working.

Milo Gertjejansen 97cb387fb9 tt-rss: 2021-01-29 -> 2021-06-23 and modules/tt-rss: updated config.php creation 
The version of tt-rss in nixpkgs was pre-php 8. This updates tt-rss to the most recent version, which uses php 8.

The updates to the module are required changes, per https://community.tt-rss.org/t/rip-config-php-hello-classes-config-php/4337.

treewide: Fix mysql alias deprecation breakage 
62733b37b4 broke evaluation in all
places `pkgs.mysql` was used. Fix this by changing all occurrences to
`pkgs.mariadb`.

Florian Klink 962e15aebc nixos: remove StandardOutput=syslog, StandardError=syslog lines 
Since systemd 243, docs were already steering users towards using
`journal`:

eedaf7f322

systemd 246 will go one step further, it shows warnings for these units
during bootup, and will [automatically convert these occurences to
`journal`](f3dc6af20f):

> [    6.955976] systemd[1]: /nix/store/hwyfgbwg804vmr92fxc1vkmqfq2k9s17-unit-display-manager.service/display-manager.service:27: Standard output type syslog is obsolete, automatically updating to journal. Please update│······················
 your unit file, and consider removing the setting altogether.

So there's no point of keeping `syslog` here, and it's probably a better
idea to just not set it, due to:

> This setting defaults to the value set with DefaultStandardOutput= in
> systemd-system.conf(5), which defaults to journal.

Robert Irelan eab69d998b Remove option config.services.tt-rss.checkForUpdates (forced to false) 
Force this option to false. Leaving this as true (currently the default)
is dangerous. If the TT-RSS installation upgrades itself to a newer
version requiring a schema update, the installation will break the next
time the TT-RSS systemd service is restarted.

Ideally, the installation itself should be immutable (see
https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/issues/55300).
