We only have one hardened kernel at the moment now because
LTS == latest available. This situation would've also happened before
the cleanup since 6.13/6.14 were removed in June already[1].

The packaging for hardened is in a pretty sad state: it was lagging
several patch-releases behind and nobody seems to care. The update
script aged poorly: the automatic removal was flat-out broken, several
type annotations are plain wrong (`list[int] != packaging.Version`).
This patch is an attempt to reduce the scope for the maintainer team
drastically to provide _some_ maintenance again by only packaging latest
LTS and latest stable.
Also, remove the top-level attributes for this. I still don't see any
compelling reason to give hardly used flavours that special treatment.
After final improvements to the official formatter implementation,
this commit now performs the first treewide reformat of Nix files using it.
This is part of the implementation of RFC 166.
Only "inactive" files are reformatted, meaning only files that
aren't being touched by any PR with activity in the past 2 months.
This is to avoid conflicts for PRs that might soon be merged.
Later we can do a full treewide reformat to get the rest,
which should not cause as many conflicts.
A CI check has already been running for some time to ensure that new and
already-formatted files are formatted, so the files being reformatted here
should also stay formatted.

This started happening after 80472e3754 "treewide: add
__attrsFailEvaluation and __recurseIntoDerivationForReleaseJobs"
As a result kernel attribute set got not just `kernel => drv` maps but
also `__attrsFailEvaluation => bool` one. It does not contain `name` and
fails the evaluation without recovery.
The change restores evaluation for me.
It's still in kernels-org.json, because even if I remove it the update
script will keep putting it back, but nothing references it, and it'll
be removed from that file when kernels are next updated after it's
been delisted from kernel.org.
linux_testing_bcachefs still needs to be updated for >6.4, so for now
I've just inlined the Linux 6.4 definition in linux_testing_bcachefs's
definition.
https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/pull/191540 indirectly broke kernel
passthru.tests; calling the testsForLinuxPackages and testsForKernel functions
with some args intended for some other exposed test-internal function.
Organise the passed-through functions under `passthru` to prevent this from
happening.
EOLed by upstream, doesn't receive any patches anymore, so let's drop
it.
Currently depends on #211886 which bumps the latest compatible ZFS
version to 6.1.
Also, clean up some old aliases.
The problem behind this is that the hardened patchset[1]. Quite recently
this led to a weird problem when Linux 5.12 was dropped (and thus had to
be removed from `nixpkgs`), there were no patches for 5.13, so
`linuxPackages_hardened_latest` had to be downgraded to 5.10 as base[2]
which may be rather unintuitive and unexpected.
To avoid these kind of "silent downgrades" in the future, it makes sense
to drop the attribute entirely. If somebody wants to use a hardened
kernel, it's better to explicitly pin it using the newly introduced
versioned attributes, e.g. `linuxPackages_4_14_hardened`.

The test doesn't evaluate since #125469 because Linux 5.11 got removed
as it's EOL.
As this fixes the evaluation of the test and it only removes a
declaration that was apparently forgotten, I figured that a push to
unbreak the test is fine.
