Aidan Gauland 9bf50ebcdf treewide: remove aidalgol
- Remove aidalgol from maintainers and all packages.
- Add maintainers to tests from their corresponding packages.
- Remove package 'heroic' because this will quickly bitrot without a
  maintainer.
