Luflosi b2f8b846f2 nixos/kubo: increase maximum UDP send buffer size ... In addition to increasing the maximum UDP receive buffer size in the Linux kernel, it is now recommended to do the same for the send buffer size. This is documented in https://github.com/quic-go/quic-go/wiki/UDP-Buffer-Sizes. The change to the documentation was made in June: 5b5e58d289. Without this change, the Kubo daemon will output this warning: ``` failed to sufficiently increase send buffer size (was: 208 kiB, wanted: 2048 kiB, got: 416 kiB).
